DONKS - NFT collection

• My contribution: art direction, production manager, concept, character design, texture artist
• Commissioned by: DONK STUDIO

My main role was to lead all the creative team formed by me and 3 other professional artists in the digital art world.
I came up with the character design which was then recreated in 3D, modularized, animated, rendered and composed using algorithms linked to the Solana blockchain. I also created many of the project's textures and unique assets. I also designed the unique characters, which are some secret DONKs inspired by pop culture icons. The design is inspired by collectible vinyl toys.

About the collection theme: it revolves around the idea of being a player in life. The Art in this collection explores the concept of analyzing situations and making calculated decisions based on strategy, rather than being driven by emotions.
The metaphor of a poker player is used to illustrate this concept, as the game of poker requires a combination of strategy, attitude, and a bit of luck.
